A good starting point: if your concern is a movement limitation, injury, or post-surgical recovery, physiotherapy is usually the best first step. For muscle tightness, stress, or tension-related pain, registered massage therapy is highly effective. Spine, joint, and disc issues respond well to chiropractic care. And for chronic or systemic concerns — pain, stress, sleep, or hormonal health — acupuncture may be the right fit. If you're unsure, call us and we'll help you choose.
