We work closely with your architect or can recommend architects and designers we've built trusted relationships with over the years. Our dedicated site supervisors are on-site daily and our project managers provide weekly written updates so you always know where your build stands.

Commercial Renovations

Ridgecrest specializes in second-storey additions, rear and side extensions, sunroom additions, and attached or detached garage builds throughout Mississauga, Etobicoke, and the surrounding areas.
We handle zoning verification and variance applications if needed, coordinate with your municipality's building department, and ensure the addition integrates seamlessly with your existing structure — matching exterior finishes, roofline, and materials so the result looks like it was always part of the house.

Basement & Foundation Work
A finished basement can add significant living space and resale value to your home. But basement work done poorly — improper moisture control, insufficient headroom, code-non-compliant egress windows — creates headaches that cost far more to fix later. Ridgecrest takes foundation and basement work seriously from day one.
We offer underpinning and bench-pinning to add headroom in low basements, exterior and interior waterproofing, full basement finishing including secondary suite creation for legal rental income, and structural crack repair. All basement work is permitted and inspected to current Ontario Building Code standards.

Every Ridgecrest project follows the same four-stage process — designed to keep you informed, protected, and confident at every step.
Consultation
We meet on-site to review your goals, evaluate the space, discuss budget expectations, and answer your questions — no obligation, no pressure.
Design & Planning
We develop a detailed scope of work, coordinate drawings and engineering, submit permit applications, and provide a fixed-cost contract for your approval.
Construction
Our crew gets to work with a dedicated site supervisor managing daily progress. You receive weekly written updates and have direct access to your project manager at all times.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the completed project with you, address any deficiencies on the spot, obtain your final inspection sign-off, and hand over your warranty documentation.
