Basement & Foundation Work

A finished basement can add significant living space and resale value to your home. But basement work done poorly — improper moisture control, insufficient headroom, code-non-compliant egress windows — creates headaches that cost far more to fix later. Ridgecrest takes foundation and basement work seriously from day one.

We offer underpinning and bench-pinning to add headroom in low basements, exterior and interior waterproofing, full basement finishing including secondary suite creation for legal rental income, and structural crack repair. All basement work is permitted and inspected to current Ontario Building Code standards.

Construction

Our crew gets to work with a dedicated site supervisor managing daily progress. You receive weekly written updates and have direct access to your project manager at all times.

Final Walkthrough

We walk the completed project with you, address any deficiencies on the spot, obtain your final inspection sign-off, and hand over your warranty documentation.
